The Golden State Pooled Trust relies on
estate planning and elder law attorneys to
counsel potential beneficiaries on the
appropriateness of the Golden State
Pooled Trust prior to enrollment. To
support referring attorneys the Golden
State Pooled Trust teaches continuing
education programs. These programs are
available through the Members Only
webpage. To become a member of
